SOCIAL BUSINESS CHALLENGES

We are excited to partner with the Social Business and Microcredit Forums that are coming to each state.  

North Carolina Social Business Challenge

Oregon Social Business Challenge

 

2011 Forums

• Georgia – 10/17/11

The state of Georgia hosted the pilot program and had an impressive 1200 students participate.  38 groups presented their social business and microcredit business plans to the judges.
Two of the top ideas were funded:

• Restoration Trust provides abused women with microcredit

• Fresh Oasis offers food trucks to deliver groceries to the rural food deserts in GA.
